Your Right to Data Deletion
At VoyHeaven, we are fully committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold — also known as the "Right to Erasure" or "Right to be Forgotten". This page explains what data we hold, when we can delete it, and exactly how to submit your request.
🔒 We will respond to all data deletion requests within 30 days of receipt, in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.
What Personal Data We Hold
Depending on how you have interacted with VoyHeaven, we may hold the following personal data:

When We Can & Cannot Delete Your Data
✓ We CAN delete your data when:
- You withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Your enquiry did not result in a booking
- You have not travelled with us and no booking exists
- The data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected
- You object to processing and there is no overriding legitimate interest
✗ We CANNOT delete your data when:
- You have an active booking — data is needed to fulfil your holiday
- We are legally required to retain it — financial records must be kept for 6 years under HMRC regulations
- We need it to defend a legal claim
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations require us to retain it
ⓘ If we cannot fulfil your deletion request, we will explain the reason clearly in writing within 30 days.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
You can request deletion of your data in three ways:

Fill in the Data Deletion Request form at the bottom of this page — the quickest and easiest method.
Email Request
Send an email to contactus@voyheaven.co.uk with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" including your full name, email address and what data you'd like deleted.
Phone Request

What Happens After You Submit
Meta / Facebook Data Deletion
If you submitted your details through a Facebook or Instagram Lead Ad and wish to have that data deleted:
- Submit a request using the form below or email us at contactus@voyheaven.co.uk
- Include the email address or phone number you used when submitting the ad form
- We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days
